LICOSYS Technology Company provides web hosting and domain registration services. Users should comply with this services agreement who using our services. We reserved the right to suspend or terminate customer’s account that breaks any point in there and change the terms & conditions without notification anytime.

Services Usage

All services provided by LICOSYS may be used for lawful purposes only; usage in violation of any Hong Kong Government law is prohibited.

We are NOT accepting the web site that included the following content:

• Pirated software or MP3 files
• Porn
• Spam & Hacker Tools

We are NOT accepting the users who send spam mail thru our server.

We are NOT accepting the users who use our server for files distribution.

Disk Space

LICOSYS have the right to suspend the account or terminate who exceeded the disk limitation.

Forum

We accept users create php-based forum by themselves. But cause of the high resources loading of forum, we have the right to charge additional fee to users. If there are more than two hundred visitors on the forum at the time, we would send the notification to users. If users not accept the additional charge and keep the forum running, we have the right to suspend their accounts.

Unlimited Traffic

In general, we do not limit bandwidth usage of the site based on the unlimited traffic policy unless the usage of server resources of site impair another sites in LICOSYS server. Under this condition, LICOSYS may suspend the site and negotiate with the customer for further arrangement.

Payment & Refund Policy

For current customers, if they not to pay for extend services period before expired day, we have the right to remove their account (including email, web, files which store on their own account) anytime.

For new customers, if we can’t be provide services in first seven days from the date that mentioned on the services confirmation mail and customers did the payment, customer can request refund from us. In general, the amount of refund may transfer back to customer thru bank account. Please notice that the domain registration fee can't be refund.

Files Backup

Customers should always backup their website and email by themselves. We don’t take any responsibility for customers lost files and emails from our server. And also we don’t have responsibility to compensate to customers when it’s happen.

Domain Registration

Customers should have full control right when they paid to us for their domains.

Personal Data

We collect your personal data in order to provide you with our Services. We will keep your personal data confidential. We may provide it to third parties employed by us for the purpose of providing our Services. This may include any of the following services: on site services, maintenance, billing, credit checking, debt collection, and market research.

Third parties to whom your personal data are provided can use the data only for the limited purpose for which it is provided. We will also disclose your personal data if we are required to do so by law and in order to assist in the detection or prevention of crime.
